This section just went live. It is the longer-form counterpart to the quick notes on the index — that one is for what shipped, this one is for what took a little longer to understand.
Expect write-ups on AI coding agents — Claude Code, Mistral Vibe and OpenCode. I use all three daily, and they fail in different, instructive ways. I want to write down what I learn while building with them, instead of letting every useful detail disappear into a terminal history.
There will also be prep notes for the Mistral Vibe Hackathon in Paris, post-mortems on whatever I end up debugging that week and small observations about open source work.
No fixed schedule. I will post when I have something worth writing down.
